The room was very clean and the staff was spot-on, they did everything to let us enjoy our stay.
The breakfast was exceptional, everything is gourmet food.

We spent a week in the hotel in April. It is a beautiful property and a great base for walks to Hertenstein, Vitznau and to the cable car to mount Rigi. The hotel is near the ferry dock which provides an easy way to reach the many small pretty towns on the Lake Lucerne.
The hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast buffet is simply delicious! It is a very good opportunity to sample local breads, cheeses and cold meat cuts, and the hostess will also cook eggs to your liking. Our room with the lake view was so pretty! Highly recommend the hotel.

We managed to check in early which was very good for us as we were carrying heavy backpacks.
Lovely apartment in the old town center - very centrally located with lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping.
Well equipped kitchen - modern and clean kitchen.
Loved the round dining table as well.
