Plenty of parking spots and the location is beautiful. The staff are also very helpful. The check in/check out system is great too. No staff required so you can enter at night if necessary.

Really comfortable and peaceful stay. Stunning views and walks on doorstep. Excellent transport links. The villa is an exclusive area - just out the tourist-filled Lucerne but close enough to get to places and do everything you want to (20 mins on the 21 bus). Francesco and Sylvia were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the terrace. Thank you so much

Everything was perfect. The view was amazing. The breakfast was wonderful. Close to the city (18 min. by bus and they provided a guest card/ticket for our convenience when commuting) but actually you feel like you are in the suburbs.Very clean and spacious rooms. They also let us leave our suitcases there after check out so that we could explore the city. We really wanted to stay more but everything was already booked.We just wish we didn't have to leave.

Super clean. Bus station is next to the front door. It is about 15 min to train station. I have several questions, the staff answered very quickly via Booking.com. No problem with checking. The room was big enough. The views are amazing. It is super for visitors of Luzerne.
