The room is very, very big and beautiful we put an extra bed in the room but it is so big it was not noticeable at all. The bed is very big and comfortable and the shower is luxurious. The highlight of the room is the huge balcony with a view of the mountains to the golf course and Lake Lucerne, you can leave the car in the parking and go to Lucerne by public transport very convenient

The host was excellent, very nice, and clear. The hotel offers a very nice view of the mountains and the lake, plus it is slightly outside the city centre, therefore very calm and quiet. Despite being a bit outside, the city centre is very easy to access since the hotel offers free bus tickets (and the bus station is just downstairs) and free WiFi in the old town. For us, this combination was just perfect! The breakfast was also very good, fresh, and diverse.

Wonderful hotel at an exceptional location directly at the lake shore, and while on the outskirts of Lucerne with a frequent bus connection that takes one to the center in about 10 minutes, with the bus stop right outside the hotel.
