The location. Ample space for family. The host is very responsive. Clean home and we really love the neighbourhood. We can literally walk to the lake and had a good swim. The parking space is convenient.

I really loved my stay around here! First of all, the location is amazing, of course! Right by the lake, with a beautiful terrace, you really have a magnificent view! The staff is very kind and helpful and the room are very clean! The building is not like these every day new hotels but gives you a nice atmosphere. Additionally, the location is a perfect start to go hiking - you can start directly from there or get all around the lake by bus or boat. I will definitely come back here - thank you to the entire team!

We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

Everything about it, the location is amazing, apartment is nice and comfortable and the access to Spa a great touch.However, the best part is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. A personalised welcome note, chocolates, wine and beer greet you upon arrival. The hosts constantly checked if we needed anything and were quick to respond to all our requests. Breakfast was fantastic, the various homemade jams were excellent and omelets cooked by Muna was delicious. Location is central just in front of the castle and cathedral, also near restaurants, pubs and bars. Thun was a very pleasant surprise and a highlight of our Switzerland tour.

Second time I've stayed here and remain very happy. Closely matches photos and description. Nicely situated in Spiez, out of the 'center' but close enough to easily walk to a few different restaurants, bakery or shop. Unlike many places to stay around Lake Thun, parking is just outside and easy. Clean and comfortable, 'no frills' but not expecting any.
