Easy walk from train station to hotel. Beautifully decorated lobby, luggage storage, large breakfast selection. Room had access to a deck. Clean and comfortable. Good water pressure. Free mini spa in basement.

Perfect! Just got back our month long honeymoon and this was our favourite hotel we stayed in. We were in the Matterhorn Junior Suite and it was just gorgeous, so comfortable and cosy but spacious. Nice view of the Matterhorn. A bit obstructed by the building in front BUT that didn’t really take away from the view, just made the room feel more private.
Room service food was excellent, included breakfast was great and service overall was fantastic. Couldn’t fault the location, central to pretty much everything.
Room was a bit warm the first night but we were advised to open a window which we did, no issues after that. Great for the environment!
Booked massages and used the spa a few times, so relaxing and everything you need at all times is provided including refreshments, extra towels, etc.
Will 100% be staying here again if we come back.

The breakfast was excellent, five star service and quality.
The hotel is beautiful, definitely different to any previous hotel experience I have ever had and the views amazing. I liked the pool, jacuzzi and spa. The staff was very helpful and attentive and super friendly.
The hotel also arranged a pick up from the station and even supplied us with a take away breakfast on the last day, as we had to leave early.

Due to the closure, I was given Mont Cervin Palace which absolutely is stunning. Good facilities, cute horse carriage pick-up service from train station. You have to try the gelato from the restaurant, it is top-class!

This was one of the most magnificent hotels we’ve ever stayed in and easily the best on our most recent European vacation. Everything about this hotel is wonderful! The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, the room was big and perfectly appointed with a wonderful balcony overlooking the centre of Zermatt and the glorious Matterhorn peak making for the most picturesque holiday photos. The bathroom is excellent with a dreamy shower and even a two in one toilet that rinsed your behind with warm water (much better than a bidet which we can never work out in Italy!) Breakfast was also delicious and served in the delightful, old world charm dining room that also serves as the Lusi Brasserie in the evening, (and make sure you book that ahead for dinner because that was also exceptional!)
And don’t miss the pool, sauna, steam room and ice room! Just fantastic!
All staff were of the highest quality and in particular front desk staff member Julia was also wonderful organising our departure transport and answered all of our questions during our stay.
Highly recommend this superb hotel and we can’t wait to return!
