The room was a lovely size with a good balcony. The breakfast was outstanding, great choice of both hot and cold food.we also ate a5 the hotel in the evening and the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stylistic boutique hotel, great vibe, good bar with high-end atmosphere and draws the right crowd. Room is nicely styled, makes you feel at hone, clean estetique design, quality furniture, neat Marshall speaker and a few select books adorn the wall to give it a modern hone feel. Oh, and there’s a good sized balcony with views of the Matterhorn and the Main Street. Wonderful, and not sure why it’s not a 5 star - I had been to 5 star properties in Switzerland which weren’t nearly as nice luxurious or comfortable.

As the first hotel ever built in Zermatt, the Monte Rosa is located right in the center of the village and 1312 feet from Zermatt Train Station.

I loved EVERYTHING in the hotel. From the architecture to the Location, this hotel is superb. Buuuut what I loved most was the service. Staff there really is something else. I had some problems with my train and arrived late, they were able to help me with everything I needed at the moment...the same when I was leaving, they managed to help me FLY over the swiss alps and as I didn't have time to come back to the hotel even made me breakfast to go! Thank you for making my days PERFECT! I will definetely bring my family back to The Omnia.

Great location 5 minutes walk from train station. It’s an easy walk and taxi charges $30 for very short trip. Outside train the a right and walk up slight hill to church make a right to Omnia hotel
