Everyone working there is very attentive, kind and efficient from reception to restaurant staff. Housekeeping is quick to help with anything. Breakfast and drinks are great. Location is superb. Bathroom in Corner Room is nice and spacious.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful building and it is very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. All products used are of extremely high quality (soap, food). There is a spa in the hotel which one can book. The location is fabulous - just 1 minute walk from the lake and a short tram ride from the center. But the best is the super friendly staff :)!

Very clean, tasteful decor, felt brand new. Great location with lake, shops and tram stop nearby. Kitchenette was very well kitted out with everything you’d want. Nice touches in the room like games and a Bluetooth smartphone speaker for playing music. Natalie the host was incredibly helpful when we had any questions and gave us nice tips for places to visit. Seefeld is a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with great walks by the lake and just a few minutes walk to the Botanical gardens and China garden. It’s about half an hour walk to the old town.

Super comfortable! Great location. I am sensitive to noise and there was a bit of elevator noise and street partying but nothing that was a problem. Loved the bath, the little kettle and coffee machine and table. Great to have a safe. loved the tap water jug instead of bottled water and that they didn’t change the towels or sheets everyday as that’s unnecessary in my opinion. Staff were helpful and friendly. Foyer robot was a novel encounter and just generally we had a great, restful and highly enjoyable stay. Checkout was quick too.

The location is perfect, so close to the lake and nearest train station. We asked for a quiet room and it was provided to us. Yes, it didn't have a lake view, but it was quiet and the view wasn't terrible, so you get what you ask for :) Breakfast was excellent, the omelettes we ordered were hot, puffy and the smoothest taste. The pancakes with maple syrup turned out very yummy, I definitely recommend trying them! It was also nice to find a bottle of oat milk to poor some into the coffee. We also ate lunch at the bar, pasta was simple but delicious and my husband enjoyed flammkuchen pizza. Wi-Fi was fast and only required the password to be entered once, which was nice. The shower was so spacious! It was nice to have Lavazza coffee machine in the room with a selection of coffee AND tea capsules. The Marshall Action II Bluetooth speaker on the nightstand blew me away! So cool! We were actually in Zurich to attend Warpaint concert so I was able to listen to their playlist quite loudly with good bass right in my room thanks to this speaker!!!
