The room I slept in was bright and spacious, with lamps and sockets by the bed as well as lockers, chairs and coat hangers. There are several toilets and showers in the property, the biggest one is really awesome. The common area has panoramic windows overlooking the mountains and is overall cozy. I also liked the terrace! The hostel provides slippers. Kitchen has lots of utilities. The staff is friendly and helpful (they also speak Russian btw). Everything was perfectly clean.

Excellent services. Thanks to the welcome by Melanie. Breakfast very personalized by amazing staff. Rooms are nice and sizes too. Location is nearly perfect. Limousine driver couldn't find the hotel entry. So you need to precise In Gassen.

This is a charming hotel in an excellent location in the old town of Zurich. It's very well appointed and comfortable, the staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating with our early arrival.
