Perfect location. Walking distance to all areas to visit. Surrounded by boutique shops, cafes & restaurants. Staff are all cordial & helpful. They're very hospitable. The room, hallway, the whole hotel is nice, neat & clean. Daily breakfast is very good.

Thank you for hosting our stay. It was an ideal place to stay. The room was equipped with all we needed. The receptionist graciously assisted us with the check in process. There are restaurants, retail stores, cafes and close to the water/bridge which is accessible to get to the other side. We did not find the need to use any public transport as we have walked all over the city.

Excellent choice! The location is great, the area around the hotel is lively and many nice bars and restaurants and also walking distance from the city center. We booked 3 of us the Owner Suite, the room was top clean and same as the pictures and spacious enough for 3 of us to move around and keep and luggage. The staff at the reception were all very friendly, helpful, informative and super nice. We were checked in by Kasania and she was amazing. Also there was Michelle who came to help us with the luggage upon our check out because the man to carry wasnt available. For the expensive Zurich this hotel was a win considering the location, room and price. It was a great stay and we would return there again.
