It’s beautiful there, off the main road so nice and quiet.
The house is huge and it was nice and cool there too.
Host is so friendly if you have a family to accommodate I’d suggest going there.

Relaxing place with friendly staff. Very clean house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room and well equipped kitchen. Everything very spacious. Very nice pool. Great location, very close to the beach and Rarotongan Beach Resort as well as bus station, everything 150-300 meters. Very good Wi-Fi.

Stunning view from this oceanfront and upscale villa. The deck is very large with glass partitions so the view is absolutely unobstructed! The facilities are spacious and very modern and new. The beds are super comfortable with lovely linens and pillows. The bathrooms are amazing with a shower to die for. Plenty of hot water and towels. The kitchen had every amenity possible even an espresso machine with pods provided. All the appliances are in perfect condition and the fridge was even stocked with a nice cold bottle of water and champagne!! Wow! Thanks! The living room furniture was nice and comfy. There is an excellent washer and outside clothes line for drying. We didn't need to use the AC because of the light breeze and weather we experienced but the AC is new and in each bedroom. We hope to stay here again!
