Charming common areas with lots of character - something quite difficult to find in hotels nowadays. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room generous in size, bathrooms very tidy and clean.

Everything was fabulous but from the moment I arrived in Chile, I feel this country is about wonderful and genuine people and they outshine everything else. Staff take hospitality on another level, they are so kind, helpful and friendly that I am speechless. I stayed only one night but I wish I had more time. PS I had to leave earlier, before the breakfast began, and they prepared for me a bag with goodies. It was delicious.

Great hostel ! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place is huge and well decorated. We love the fact that there are so many places where you can relax or share with other travellers (they also host events on some nights). The room was nice and the shared bathroom and the kitchen were always cleaned

The hotel was exactly as advertised - which is all I hoped for. However, a special mention is required for the extra yards that Boris took in ensuring I was looked after. He was very helpful in making recommendations, advising me of local restaurants (down to specific menu and wine choices), assisting with requests, and ensuring my stay was as comfortable as it could be. His attentiveness was much appreciated.
