I liked everything about this lovely place.The location was perfect-a short walk to the Metro station.The room was clean and serviced regularly.Sleep quality was excellent.Breakfast each morning was perfect and really prepared me for the day....What I liked most were the staff-friendly,helpful,welcoming and ultra professional.I want to mention Caroline who handled check-in and helped me a lot during the week I spent there...Also,Ron,Janice,Javiera,Antonia,Fran,Christian,Claudia and Sebastian.The staff helped in so many ways to make my stay so enjoyable.This is a top class Hostal and is definitely worth returning to.....Top marks....10 out of 10.

It's a Hostal with the look and feel of a tourist-class hotel. Staff was welcoming and caring. Facilities are great, bedroom was comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is simple, but very tasty. Location gives you walking access to several sightseeing spots.

I felt the flat as a whole was in need of real deep–clean, windows, cabinets, mirrors, fridge, shelving. The sofa was stained. The bed headboard was worn down. Bed mattress should have mattress protective cover. Sheets were slippery and would not stay in place so that I woke up half on the bare mattress with the sheets all over the place. Great hot water and powerful shower. There were a couple of automatic (chemical) air scent devices, one of which emitted a spray regularly which I found overwhelming. The position of the flat in the vast residential block is shaded from the direct glare of the scorching sun which was a real relief. The flat was comfortably cool therefore during the day, still with plenty of light flooding the flat. That was very nice.
Kitchenette old and worn. I didn’t feel inspired to cook in any case since my stay was very short. To be honest it felt as if the long term occupier/s had vacated her/ his/their flat for the duration of my stay (two nights) and had quickly wiped things down and changed the sheets. I would rate the stay 7.9.

This apartment has everything you need - it’s well appointed, super clean and reasonably spacious for a city apartment. The location is a little out of town, which worked perfectly for us. It’s only approx $5-10k clp ride in Uber to get to the city centre. There aren’t many restaurants close by but Uber eats is a great option (or other food delivery services). There is a great laundry here to wash and dry clothes when travelling.
