I had limited email and no cell, but I told the owner about when I would arrive and they met me in the lobby. I had to wait maybe 15', but considering I had no way to communicate since I left my previous place in Valparaiso, it worked out very well.

We chat with her a lot and she answered all of our questions, provided good suggestions of places to eat, etc. She doesn't speak English but all is well since Google Translate helps everything in our communication.
