Location the best u can find. Staff Amazing and soo helpful. Ignacia on reception was soo helpful. I left something in the hotel and she went out of her way and found it for me. Great experience. Thankyou ignacia )not sure how to spell her name)

Central. Within walking distance to amazing restaurants, the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus, & a very large mall with all the famous international brands. Our room was exceptional - huge with sweeping views over the city & the surrounding mountains. The bed & bedding was blissfully comfortable. The pool & surrounding area was lush with greenery, exceptional bar service.

Everything! The interior decor and generous space, big king sized bed, kitchen with coffee pods, pool, beautiful shared spaces, great wifi, friendly staff, and a great cafe made for such a comfortable staycation for us! We have been on the road a while so this was the perfect place to do laundry, watch Netflix, get up to date with admin and just generally recharge and recover. It is in a safe and pretty well off neighbourhood and is less than a 10min walk to the red subway line which has connections to both the airport and bus out to Valparaiso which we did easily as a day trip. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Everything was perfect! The location is great — close to Costanera Center, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and in a safe neighborhood. The apartment had hot water, comfortable beds, and was very spacious. Communication with the host was easy via WhatsApp. She was incredibly kind — I had forgotten my headphones at the apartment, and when I returned to Santiago 10 days later, she still had them and returned them to me. Also, the view from the balcony is beautiful!
