I fell sick during my stay and the room/bed was so comfortable it truly didnt feel bad staying in. The gym was excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The nearest two stations (jianguomen and chaoyanmen) are a distance away, like 15 min away but the path was lined with cherry blossoms while I was there so I enjoyed the walk back. One you hit the stations, the main attractions are few stops away.

The room was enormous and had a great view. The bathroom was a great size too. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was large and had a full range of Asian and Western options. The lobby smelled amazing.

This is one of my best stays in any hotels. I came to this hotel with my kids and it was very family friendly hotel. They had shampoo for kids, slippers for kids and much more. The hotel is excellent in communicating with us thoughout our stays. Even we lost one dress and they communicating with us. The hotel is connected with China World Mall. I highly recommend this hotel.

The people. Amazing service! I had to weigh my luggage and had 2 odd size luggage. A staff came up to help weigh them and I asked if I could have the odd sized item packed at the airport. He was not sure, but volunteered to help me with it.
I was on an urgent work call. He helped me to pack it and quietly left the room. Totally impressed!
All the staff at East are warm and friendly. Now definitely my go-to hotel when I am back:)
