The location of the property was very convenient and within close walking distance to the old town and street market. It was easy to take Didi and public bus along the main road. The owners were very friendly and gave many suggestions and advice to help us avoid being shortchanged by businesses that target tourists.

The hotel is brand new and beautifully decorated. The room has a modern vibe, with excellent facilities—spacious, comfortable, and extremely satisfying to stay in. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. The location is great: peaceful despite being in a lively area, and it's easy to get to various nearby attractions by ride-share service or taxi.

First time visiting Dali! Staying here is one of the best experience!
When I arrived I forgot my luggage pin code and the staff immediately help me search up how to unlock in rednote and actually spend 10mins to unlock it.
When checking out the staff prepared some fruits and snacks for us early in the morning and helped us call a Didi and carried the luggage all the way out to the car.
They really made sure we were well taken care during our stay and I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone that is visiting this area!

Very nice common areas to relax and meet other travellers. Very clean, good showers, good breakfast with eggs, fruit, toast, jam and juice. Staff had little English but easy to communicate with translator app

Even though the stuff cannt speak English they are equipped with translation devices. The room was very nice. Additionally it is very close to Dali old town and to the cable cars for hiking. It is not directly in downtown and that is why it is relatively calm there.
Additionally we were able to wash our clothes here
