Massive modern room, nice hot shower with strong pressure, great location easy to find by Didi/taxi, There’s KFC, Starbucks, a Michelin star chinese restaurant on the ground floorX super friendly staff from lobby receptionist, gym staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff, literally everyone were just so friendly - even though I don’t speak Chinese they always try to help me even with limited english. Free laundry with 4-5 washing + drying machines with is also amazing for long trip. I stayed 10 days in this hotel.

the staff did install bidet . easier for muslim usage in toilet. no halal breakfast anymore. last time there was a Muslim chef there and halal breakfast section. feb 2024 no more.

Great room, LOVED the bathtub, OK view from the high floor (nothing crazy either). Good location (close to downtown but not too close to the hussle of the city) Simple but effective breakfast buffet Delivery to your room with their little robot is freaking cute :D Very flexible room cleaning staff, there was a couple days where we were too lazy to go out and the staff cleaned between 7 and 10pm when we finally went out for dinner, I thought we'd have to wait until the next day! Very polite and helpful staff, they accomodated us a late checkout (3pm) with no extra charge.
