The hotel is at a short walking distance from the metro station and the West Lake. Amazingly modern design in ALL the rooms and lobby and reception area. I especilally loved the fact that the radio would automatically turn on as soon as you entered your room, giving you a feeling of cosiness! Rich breakfast wth both Chinese and Continental selection of dishes.

This hotel was the best! It had a mini fridge, curtains you could control with buttons (and maybe words but we don’t speak Mandarin so we couldn’t figure this out) and a toilet with a remote control. The decor was very nice, the bed super comfy, and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. There was a free laundry service and we had the breakfast one day which was also good. The hotel is also in walking distance from West Lake, and has a shop across the street.

Everything, customer service was brilliant and with really nice and friendly members of staff. Special mention to Liu, she spent a hole day showing us the highlights of the town.
They upgraded our room, it was a very good sized room with nice bed and toilet.
Beautiful place, we definitely have to come back, there is so much to see. We loved it!!
