The vibe! So zen. So calm. Genuinely good service. Kind staff. They don’t make it difficult for you because they don’t know English. They keep a translator all the time. Genuinely good place to stay. Location is also perfect!

The hotel is super comfortable, it is already the third or fourth time I stay there. The housekeeping is very careful and changes towels everyday, as well as they always offer us bottled water everynight. I think this makes the difference. The location is awesome and our room had the view of the bund, which was perfect. At the same time it is far away from the buzzing and traffic jam area. Also the size of the room is very spacious, and 3 people can stay comfortably. They have LAGO restaurant, which is Italian and has amazing views of the Bund. In room service is also very good. They have black cod in both restaurant and room-service, which is my favorite fish. To finish, I think the hotel has a very good value for money.

The fitness centre is impressively well-equipped, and the room is spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the high-quality cups and glasses, as well as the complimentary minibar. The staff went above and beyond by preparing a delightful surprise—an adorable cheesecake and mini cupcakes to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They also kindly extended our stay due to the typhoon, which was truly unexpected and deeply appreciated. Overall, we’re very satisfied with our experience and the thoughtful service provided.

This is one of the best hotel to stay in Shanghai. The view was breath taking. The facility is top notch, the quality of the bathroom and the bed, felt like i was home. Price was cheap as well, roughly 5000 yuen a night in the best location

性价比很好，the doorman, reception and cleaners provide very good service. The family room is quite comfortable, 2 beds wide enough for 2 adults+2 kids. They even have facilities like electricity adapter in the room. Very good view in the night, could see the bund from the window of the room.
