The hotel is located just a two minute walk from the metro station so it was very convenient to get around the city. The buffet breakfast was very large with a great selection of delicious food. The staff were very professional and kind and my room was amazing

Everything is upto standard. It meets our expectation. The hotel is probably not located in the heart of Shanghai, but is only few minutes away by Metro. the nearest Metro station is ZhenRu (Exit 1). It's surrounded by Family Mart, Starbucks and Tim Hortons. However, my impression is the service. All staffs are freindly and helpful. They all are eager to provide us the very best service they could. One of our rooms had an air condition problem on the 3rd night. The staff quickly called a technical staff to check and change a room for us. They even waited in front of our room while we packed up and helped us to move the new room.

The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and modern. There is a mall on the other side of the street with two supermarkets on the ground floor and many options to eat out. The metro is not far away. It was perfect for our trip.
