We stayed in a regency suite and had a wonderful experience. Service was fantastic from check in to check out. Breakfast was included and the range of Chinese and western dishes was extensive and items were fresh. Our suite facilities were modern and everything was clean. The location was perfect for our needs as I have family in Hongkou. Wujiaochang allows access to multiple shopping centres so restaurants and other amenities are all conveniently close by.

Everything was perfect from the very begining. Lisa is such a wonderful host, she helped with everything and covered all my needs. I had a nice shuttle from airport even tho the flight was 2 hours late. At the facilities Lisa met me and had shown me my room and explained all the rules clearly.

This was a cute little apartment, beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities for guests. It has all the things needed, you don’t have to worry about anything. The location is perfect, with a shopping complex, the metro station, and cafes right down the building. Most importantly, the hosts were very helpful, attending to our needs immediately. When we arrived we were given welcome gifts. They were very friendly and we felt safe and at ease staying there. It was the perfect stay.
