we stay at two bedroom suite, the housekeeping did very great they everyday cook different dessert put in a warmer put at our room everynight with a little note make us felt warm after a tired day.... front desk did great too i need outside laundry service they help me to find and contact. i like everything about this hotel for sure will stay again if i got chance to travel to xiamen again.

The best part was probably our experience with 吴琳 （Vinnie). After checking out, we waited at the waiting area and 吴琳 kindly approached us for assistance. The rooms are modern, big and clean. Area is quiet, couple of minutes away from the beach. The host, Ellie, is probably the best one I have ever had. She is always there to assist you, no matter the time, no matter the inquiry. She does everything to make you feel like a local in the island. Staying in her hotel is a must if you visit Xiamen. Thank you Ellie, I will definitely stay at your place when I am back :)

Location: the hotel is located within walking distance of the Xiamen International Conference Centre, and the Xiamen Convention and Exhibition Centre. There is a shopping centre (Coco Park) located a block away from the hotel, with restaurants, stores and other recreational activities such as an indoor skiing rink, indoor tennis, indoor golf and indoor rock climbing. Spa: the in-house spa is very good, but they don’t offer facial treatments during the evening; only massages. Alternatively, there are also spas available in Coco Park. Vending machine: THEY HAVE A VENDING MACHINE! The vending machine is on the ground floor (reception and lobby floor) tucked behind a wall to the side of the elevator shafts, next to the bathrooms on that floor. -Clean spacious room with fruit and snacks provided each day. -Buffet style breakfast was ample, large choice of hot and cold food and drinks. -Great central location - 20 mins to the airport and Wu tong ferry port. Next to Xiamen train station and 5 mins walk to metro and BRT. -staff were excellent - 小張 was especially kind to us during our stay.

Great service all round especially the room service responded efficiently to all requests. Spacious apartment with good furnishing and nice tea making set provided but note the chinese teas provided are chargeable, so BYO. Breakfast has good variety of chinese food and some changes daily.
