This hotel is an excellent location. My room was large, comfortable, quiet, modern, and clean. Staff was very accommodating with my requests. Breakfast had many options - this alone is worth the stay. I have no hesitations in recommending this property. I was very happy with everything.

It's a very cool, clean and stylish hotel with really rooms and suites, individual rainfall style showers and beautiful views of the city. Located in a great neighbourhood (Manila) close to numerous eateries and shops. The staff were exceptional. Friendly, professional and helpful. Shout out to Daniel and the rest of the front desk crew for super easy check-in and check-out and arranging for transportation. There is free self-serve laundry in the basement, which was a huge plus. The rooftop pool and restaurant are also quite spectacular! Staff up there are also solid. English was spoken by most staff as well. The showers and bathrooms were the best we've had in Colombia. The two-storey suites (with 2 full bathrooms and balcony) are a great layout and reasonably priced. The fresh drinking water feature is also very cool. It's a fancy hotel with a relaxed vibe in a great part of Medellin and surrounded by great restaurant options. Loved it all and we would stay here again.

Perfect location, a lot of trees and plants arround, fresh air, feeling like in a forest. Modern. A lot of customers complained about room design. But for me my room was perfect, modern and very comfortable. I could sleep with open balcony, no air con. was needed. In the morning I could listen to birds singing. Beds were extremely comfortable, as well as pillows, nice linens and towels. Breakfast was served from 6 am, what I found very convenient.
Breakfast items were a little limited gor 5 star hotel but a very good quality and very delicious. Perfect bar on the upper floor, with delicious coctails. Tape water was perfect to drink.
But the most important was the hotel staff. All I asked was provided after few minutes. I got slippers, bathrobe, a kettle and equipment for coffee in the room, umbrellas. Communication with the hotel staff via wats up was perfect.
I would certainly recommend this hotel to stay in Medellin.

The host was warm welcoming, kind and very helpful. We arrived early and were offered breakfast immediately, the next day we left early and a breakfast box was prepared for us.
