It is very clean and spacious apartment in a new area of Praia.Restaurants can be found to walking distance as well the markets. The owner/manager Kutello speaks a bit of English and he is very eager to help. He acted as a friend. The car can be parked free of charge front of the building.. Kitchen has all the facilities for cooking. Very good Internet connections.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views from the terrace—truly the best spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The apartment itself is modern, stylish, and incredibly spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The BBQ on the private terrace was a fantastic touch—we had an amazing dinner while watching the sunset over the city. The location is also perfect! Close to everything—restaurants, shops, and the beach—yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and stunning views, this is the place to book. I can’t wait to come back!
