Upon arrival the reception staff were extremely helpful to get us checked it. I requested a very early check in and the staff managed to make this work as we had an event to attend. The customer relations team and couldn't do enough the were on hand to help at any moment. We requested milk for our toddler late at night on several occasion and was with us within minutes at the right temperature too. They went above and beyond for us.

Park Lane is an amazing complex with all the amenities and exceptional service for the guests. With modern and spacious rooms, set along a stunning coastline, and beautifully finished internal and very curated external areas. It served one of the nicest breakfasts we have ever sampled in a very relaxing dining area. Kids really enjoyed their stays at the kids club too.
