The staff was very helpful when Booking.com allocated us to this hotel in the middle of the night after our other say was cancelled last minute. It was taking long for our spontaneous Booking reservation to appear in the hotel's system, so the receptionist decided to process everything manually so we could finally go to sleep. They managed to adapt to receive us last minute and we were lucky to have been welcomed at such a comfortable hotel with amazing breakfast.

Apartment was really nice. Very clean, nicely equipped and comfortable. the location is in the center of Brno. Near are all the facilities. You can park for free 800m from the apartment. Staff were really kind and super helpful. We stayed with a dog and 5 months old and the property was perfect. Also heating was appropriate for a small kid.
