We stayed at this fantastic apartment and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. The apartment is new, well-maintained, and tastefully furnished, with particular attention to detail that makes it truly inviting. We lacked for nothing during our stay, as it was equipped with all the essentials and even surprising extras like a large smart TV and a record player with a selection of records. The location is simply unbeatable, being situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Berlin. It's conveniently located close to both the lively areas, the historic center, and all the major tourist attractions of the city. Additionally, the proximity to the beautiful Victoriapark made our morning walks even more enjoyable. The value for money of this apartment is exceptional, especially considering all the comforts and conveniences it offers. We would also like to emphasize the kindness and availability of the host, who was extremely friendly and always ready to help us with any request. The communication was excellent and made us feel truly welcome. Another highlight was the incredibly comfortable beds that ensured a perfect rest after long days of sightseeing. The only small downside was the pillows, which could have been a bit higher to provide better support during sleep. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to Berlin. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and we can't wait to return!

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. I only spent one night but the experience was great. Very nice apartment, very clean, the staff very reactive and kindly allowed me to checkout one hour later. Everything was great. The only issue was to enter the apartment. I arrived late and it was night, so it was quite difficult to find where to input the key code. The indications received were not clear and therefore me and another client who arrived 15 minutes after me, started to input the code on all the inter phones of the building, ringing in fact apartments of people living there. Finally we noticed a little black box on the edge of the entrance door which when is dark is almost impossible to see. So it took me 30 min to enter the apartment. Also one of the person living in the building appeared at window and told us she is tired of being all the time bothered by inter-phones calls as all the clients can’t find the good box where to input the code. So maybe something should be done from this point of view.
