Room is bigger than i expected,staff are so nice,location is excellent,just near Bonn station,and nearby has lots of shops and restaurants.Would love to live again if i come here next time.

Perfeckt!!! New renorvated Superior room with a balcony was STUNING!!! So modern, clean and comfy! Bathroom also soooo niceeee!!! The room is way more beautiful in real life than on a pictures! The only thing missing was a fridge. We didn't mind that we didn't had it because our stay was short, but for people who staying longer it would be great if the room had a fridge. We will be back for sure! Thank you!!! 👏🫶

Did not expect to get a small gift for Easter from the hotel. It is quite a surprise for me. Asked a girl tips on the public transport from the receptionist in Bonn to get the ticket on public transportation. I am waiting for the front office personal to pick up the luggage but the person is away. The cleaning stuff also helped to look for the staff.

Very thought after hotel! There are multiple sustainable options inside the room (ex reusable bottle, tote bag), they had a cute polaroid camera we could use to take a picture and put on the magnetic wall. Bob's people were reachable via WhatsApp at all times. The location is dead center. Def a suggestion!!

Friendly staff. Address you by your name. Location is fantastic. Near to the city center and nice view of the river Rhine. Breakfast offers a variety of choices. Room has sufficient space and liked the colour. Room was clean. Liked the option to charge a mobile phone on a specific spot on the bedside table. Rooftop bar is great. Easy excess to parking area.
