The room is big enough, very clean, attracively decorated and the bed is really comfortable. The breakfast is really tasty and offers a good variety of products. Great location - Great Architecture post-industrial with amazing new york loft style. We love it ! Nice breakfast buffet. Good bar. All employees were sympathatic and professional. The place to be in Hamburg.

Comfortable and stylish!!!! Everything you would expect for a self catering unit. This was like home away from home 🏡 . Very friendly and helpful staff. The unit is 100m from the Elbe river where you can get the hop on hop off busses and do a river cruise. Next to the famous St Michel church.

The restaurant at the hotel was really great. We enjoy a wonderful and tasty dinner. Compliments to the chef. They had their own wine so really great red wine. For the bartender of the Bar Bleu in the hotel compliments because the cockatils made by him were amazing. What to say more, the position of the hotel , to the staff and the food really great. We will come again, for sure 😊

Me and my fiancé had an anniversary and the hotel hosted us so well - we had a great room with a view and the facilities are great. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I asked for additional things like coffee, teas etc it was provided straight away.
