The breakfast was more than enough and a good variety. Being within walking distance of the ferry was perfect. It was quiet. Walking distance of bus stops. The discount for Mainau Island was nice.

What a delightful little hotel, and what a friendly and cooperative person there to receive you!! An absolutely first-rate experience from the word go! The arrival and reception was a pure joy and the room was spotlessly clean!! Just so with the washroom!! And what a good size of the room! Really very, very nice!! In the morning, the breakfast was again right up to the mark! Without being over the top, you got all what you needed, and a little bit more! The hostess took very good care of the guests in her own quietly efficient manner, and I have nothing but very generous praise for her! I know it is off-season for the whole area, but I cannot imagine a better experience at this price!! Absolutely outstanding!!

Beds were super comfortable, the apartment was spotless clean and very spacious. The coffee makings and well equipped kitchen and bathroom were great. Slightly loud traffic but not a problem at all. Would definitely stay again.

We had very comfortable stay, host is very friendly and helpful. The location of house is excellent, there is great view over the city and full of greenness and is very calm. Its about 10 min walk away from bus station and its easy to reach city center. We would highly recommend!
