Everything! Great location, the tram stop and shops are a few minutes walk away. Short ride to the city centre. The apartment itself was equipped with everything you need including spices if you decided to cook. TV with Netflix and Disney+. There was even an “emergency” box with food and drinks if you could not be bothered to walk to the shops. A lot of attention to detail went into the holiday rental. <3

Absolutely perfect stay. We could not have asked for anything more. The host was very communicative and professional. The apartment was modern, very clean, and sufficiently spacious, with a lot of very thoughtful touches to make guests comfortable. One of the best places we have stayed as it met or exceeded all our expectations. In terms of location it was very easy to get into the city centre by tram, but we like walking and found it easy enough to walk there as well. We initially had reservations about being on the third floor with a baby but it was completely fine as we left the pram in the car and just carried our baby up. The entrance to the parking is narrow as others have mentioned, but manageable. In our Kia Ceed it was completely fine, and I noticed some wider cars in the parking lot. Highly recommended.

The apartment was modern with everything we needed. The host was very helpful and answered any questions quickly with additional information. There were shops a short walk away and easy access to the park and ride, this was very useful. Very comfortable bed and great shower.

It was really clean and comfortable to stay couple of days! There’s a dishwasher, two coffee machines, two TV sets. We loved the heated floor!

I need to tell you that this hotel really surpassed all my expectations about customer service. Firstly, when we came to breakfast almost at its end because of the stressful morning, the personnel hasn't told us that you're too late but instead allowed us to stay and offered us a coffee. Then we were allowed to stay longer to have some rest. Moreover, I forgot my headphones bag in the room and then found it but I haven't told it to the cleaning person, so he found me in the restaurant, informed me about it and asked, if it was me who took it.
The hotel itself is far from the city centre but if you travel by car, it's not a problem at all. The hotel has enough parking places and a garage as well. The restaurant is really good. We enjoyed all our meals. The room was quiet. Also on the 3rd floor there is a comfortable corner with sofa and armchair where you can seat. The room was well equipped and has enough space for 2 people.
