The location was amazing, right at the center of the city close to all the tourist areas. Our check-in experience was excellent, staff showed us around, explained everything and gave us all we needed. The views from the breakfast area were amazing, especially at night. Love the free snacks we could get in case we ever got hungry

From my personal perspective, Mandarin Oriental Munich is by far the best hotel in the city. We came to Munich for Adele's concert, just for one night, so mainly we looked for central location, which is amazing here, just 10mins walk to Marienplatz - the main square in Munich. This location also has many metro or tram connections, so we traveled everywhere directly without any jumps.
Staff is very friendly and communicative, all the time they ask if anything's needed - thank you.
The room is spacious with the nice city view from the 8th floor, it had everything we needed, even iron and ironing deck.
On top of that, the check-out time is at 12AM which surprised us very much, so after the concert we had a loooong nap in the morning and we didn't need to rush anywhere.
Would come back here in any matter of visiting Munich again, thank you!
