I had a great experience at Novotel in Munich. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore Munich. The indoor pool and gym were definite highlights — a nice way to unwind after a day out. My only minor downsides were the breakfast and private parking, both of which felt a bit pricey for what they offered. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely consider coming back!

It's easy to get to the hotel from airport on S8 train. Receptionists are very helpful. The room was big and comfortable. On the first floor there are 24/7 shop with drinks and snacks and restaurant/bar with professional waiters and bartenders with amazing taste and humour. The dishes and drinks were amazing, I wish it was open 24/7. I liked staying there very much and I will come back here next time. The best hotel I have been to in Munich. Just perfect.

Was a great spot near all public transport with plenty of buses and the subway. A very warm welcome from staff who made you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. Very helpful and friendly staff with excellent English and customer service was outstanding 👏 Would definitely return to the hotel.

The room was spotless clean and beautifully decorated. We had a king size comfortable bed and a tv with plenty of channels. The hotel was 15 minutes walk from the center and we walked every day enjoying the way. The reception staff was very friendly and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. We used the hotel bar (called Juliet Rose bar). Great service friendly staff and a selection of quality drinks.
