The location is great. Quiet neighborhood and near a small mall and great restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good but a little expensive .

All you might need is available and readily shown in photos already so one can clearly decide what should be carried along. Apartment is on first floor with comfortable steps even for elderly. Space is big enough and one can reach HbF in less than 20mins. Absolutely recommended!

Everything was like it should be in a nice hotel. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Was clean, comfortable, silent, and well equipped. Breakfast was tasty. The coffee machine was accessible 24h for free. Oh, and the room numbers were fantasti 😍

A very nice hotel with a clean, warm room. It is very easily reached from the main train station by taking the # 18 or #19 streetcar to Trappentreustrasse and a short walk to the hotel. At the Trappentreustrasse tram stop you will find an Edeka supermarket where you can pick up some food or drink. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and friendly. They also allowed me to leave a heavy suitcase in their storage room for two weeks while I traveled to northern Germany. Very helpful people.

This hotel is situated in Munich city centre, close to the Theresienwiese Oktoberfest grounds.

A good price-performance hotel right next to Theresienwiese. It’s where Oktoberfest takes place but the attractions are available more or less all year round, which is convinient if you travel with the family. Hotel was clean, bed and pillow comfortable. We stayed in the 40 sth square meter “appartment” room, which was fantastic. Balcony overlooked the carnival grounds, so there was a hint of noise from it, but not significant. Nice black-out curtains, nice kitchen, very nice bathroom. Next to the hotel is a parking garage, accessible also even if you have a lowered car. Spaces nice and wide, right next to the elevator leading to the reception and rooms. Price was 15 EUR per 24h, ticket can be paid up-front for more days and then you can enter/exit the garage anytime. As described, tea and coffee available all day long. Espresso was good. Great, friendly and helpfull personnel. Must say one of the overall nicest hotels I got to stay in in Munich. Will return when possible.

The hotel is very nicely decorated. The room was big, bright and very clean. The toilet was brand new and with a lot of space. Although the breakfast didn't have much variety, it was very good, with fresh fruits and bread, good coffee, yogurt and muesli. There is also a nice bar inside the hotel, but unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it because it was closed. Smooth check-in and check-out, and the staff was very friendly.
