The staff was excellent! Friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making my stay comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Nice little touches like a free bottle of water in my room and some gummy bears!

I didn't stay in this hotel because they had technical problema. But staff was very operative and found replacement hotel very fast (in ~3 minutes). Replacement room was more expensive but they paid the difference.

The hotel is simply excellent! I have stayed there numerous times and all the "hard" facts are (room, breakfast, wifi, bathroom, cleanliness) wonderful. What really makes the difference thought is the staff. Always super-friendly, helpful and hospitable. Many 5 star hotels should look at their behavior and customer-focus as a best case example.

Beautifully clean, brand new bathroom in my room, everything was lovely and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful (even with my terrible spoken German!) and the food was great!

Very nice and comfortable room. Great value for money. Whoever did the decorating and interior design did a great job as it has a lovely personal touch which is not normally in hotels.

Spacious apartment, easy to get to by car, convenient to central Nuremberg and if you want to visit old rally grounds or Nurnberg stadium. Well equipped kitchen with utensils. Clear instructions to check in and park. Comfortable beds, sofa, clean shower. Ground floor so easily accessible.
