Amazing Hotel, this hotel was recommended by a new friend from Salzburg and to our delight she was spot on with how central the hotel was but more importantly how amazing the staff are. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, even when we forgot to checkout and they simply provided us with the same rooms for another night with absolute no fuss. (Thank you Robert).
