We loved our stay here and will come back if we are ever in Quito again. The staff, food, rooftop, nearby laundry, and activities including free walking tour were exceptional. We felt very looked after by the staff, and it was the perfect place to explore old town from. We went in the free walking tour and Paulo was a great guide. We ate market fruit, learned some history, went chocolate tasting and walked through the beautifully preserved old streets.

Hotel is beautifully decorated, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Only a short walk to the main square. As I couldn't eat the bread at breakfast (I require gluten free & they didn't have it) the chef made a special effort to make me a cheesy corn dish which was much appreciated.

Extremely friendly staff members who were helpful. The breakfast offered is good value for money. Great location in the Historical area of the city, walking distance to cafes/restaurants, the local buses and into one of the main areas of the city. Two kitchens available for use and has the basics. A well cleaned fridge for guests. Helpful information cards for using the public buses to tourist attractions and areas out of the city. Great same day affordable laundry service. Could easily spend over a week here!
