I love this hotel very much everything here is just perfect.

Everything was really nice the stuff of the hotel was really helpful. Ahmed Bilca he has very helpful really kind and help us with everything that we needed ,he is working with passion and love his work so definitely it was a pleasant stay and I would recommended for sure !!

EVERYTHING! The place is really beautiful in every single sense. The location is perfect and close to the airport. The food is really good with a wide selection of local and international cuisine. You can literally drink and eat whatever you want at any time. There are a lot of activities you can enjoy. The beach is AMAZING, not crowded and with plenty of space. The room was great and they gave us an upgrade for free! We really have to thank Talal, the hotel service manager who made us feel like king and queen. On our last day he offered a late check-out so that we could enjoy the last day until the very end. He is really the best. But everyone here is super nice and always ready to meet every need. I really really recommend this place to everybody. We definitely will come back!

We booked a junior suite with a sea view and it was the best decision, the view was spectacular. The food was great, loved the Turkish coffee from the lobby bar. Special thanks to the hotel for the birthday arrangements.

The personnel at Jaz Casa Del Mar are the true stars of the show. They go above and beyond to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. From the friendly faces greeting us at reception to the attentive wait staff who remembered our preferences, every interaction was delightful. A huge shoutout to Nancy [ reception], Abdel Rehim [ Palmera restaurant] , Hassan , Samuel and Ayman [ Aqua restaurant ], Hossam [Le coucou ], Mohamed and Ayman [ Beach Bar]. They always had a smile and a kind word, making every moment special. The animation team kept the energy high with fun poolside activities and engaging evening shows. A big thank you to Body, Sonic and Timor, for their energy creativity and strong character. The staff at Jaz Casa Del Mar took the time to get to know us as individuals, treating you like you are the only guest in the hotel, not just another room number. This personalized touch made us feel truly valued and welcome. Special thanks to Mr.Kareem [ F And B assistant manager] , very keen about our special food needs, and everything regarding our stay. Mr, Mohamed Said, for his significant help on our last day easing our check out and our airport transportation. My experience at Jaz Casa Del Mar was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks in large part to the exceptional personnel who make this hotel a true gem on the coast. Their dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction set a standard of excellence that is truly commendable. The resort is very wonderful. The reception and the staff are very elegant and comfortable for the guest. The rooms are wonderful, the service is very excellent, the swimming pools are wonderful and clean, the beach is clean, the activities are varied, all services are available at the resort. Thank you very much for this resort. I will come to it many times.
