everything was great starting from the service especially Mr.Ibrahim in the reception all the way up to the food, beach and room service. Everything. The staff were amazing friendly, helpful and always had a smile. The resort itself was beautiful. The many pools that overlooks the Red Sea. I am not a buffet person but it was delicious. Many different foods to choose from. The al a carte near the beach and Bella Italian were great as well. If we don't live so far away, we would definitely be returning yearly.

Karim the host is very approachable, English AND French are his 2nd/3rd well spoken languages. Apartment situated on 1st floor overlooking the gardens and pools below and are a stones throw away from the complexes bar and restaurant.
