1- super clean 2-food was amazing 3-front desk people are always helpful escpecially ( Ahmed elshafey ) from reception . 4- the lady in red was very responsive and efficient to our issue . 5- Omar Reda from the service at the restaurant was so helpful . 6- hands out to the healthy sweets and deserts chef amazing work. 7- chef in Almar restaurant as well was super good. 8- House keeping guy for our room 3307 was very good.

Great location for family. Not too crowded not too loud. Staff made sure we have all we need and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool and at the beach and in the activities that were light and not very imposing. There was variety of food, and multiple restaurants

We loved this hotel. The staff was amazing, kind and helpful. Food is delicious and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Rooms are spacious and clean. The beach is nice and water so clean.

The staff was more than friendly we absolutely enjoyed our short but wonderful stay at sentido. We didn’t want to leave but we will definitely be back!! We couldn’t believe the level of hospitality we experienced. At no point did we ever feel uncomfortable the staff made sure every little wish of ours was fulfilled with Bravour! The food at the buffet was also super diverse and tasty they had a lot of different cuisines and also lots of vegan options too. It was very clean at all times the decor was also beautiful and very thought through. It was a very boutique hotel like experience! A big Thank you to the whole sentido team for making our stay unforgettable!!!
