It is now the third time I visit the lovely Royal Savoy in Sharm El Sheikh and I am sure I will be back many more times. The Team, every one of these nice people, simply know how to make a stay of their guests enjoyable, relaxing and hassle-free. Whatever you need here, you will get it. My special thanks go to Romany, a super hospitable staff member at the beach. He was always very attentive and warmed up my days with his sincere smile and a nice chat. 10 out of 10 experience.. I try my memory hard but can NOT find anything to complain. This place originally was Rixos. Still door key cards have Rixos logo. So infrastructure was perfect. Food and beverages were much better than my expectation. Very very clean rooms, everyday cleaning service for sure. But !!! The most important part is their hospitality. Lovely, kind, thoughtful staff. Ready to help day & night. Though our check-in and check-out times were terrible (thanks to flights) , everything was perfectly organised, we never had to deal with any negative situations. Thanks people !

Very good experience. Reception worker: Mohamed Barakat helped us a lot after we needed to move from different hotel to DoubleTree and we were looking for a room urgently.
