A spacious apartment in an amazing location with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very central, but still on a silent street - we were not bothered during the night. We also felt safe as the entrance to the building was only for tenants with keys and no strangers could get in. Plus, we liked the parking option - right in the same building with elevators taking you to the apartment floor.

I highly recommend this hotel. It boasts a perfect location, equidistant from all major attractions. The staff is exceptionally polite and customer-oriented. Breakfasts are delicious, and the restaurant team deserves special mention — they ensure your day begins with warmth and genuine care.
This time, we stayed in a suite, and it was the perfect choice. The room was spacious and well-zoned, with a separate living area where the sofa converts into an additional bed, ideal for a child. The bathroom was large and comfortable, and the highlight of the suite was a stunning terrace overlooking the rooftops.
Housekeeping was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. In this price category, after extensive research, this is by far the best hotel I’ve found.

Above everything, the staff made our stay here exceptional! Each staff member was warm, accommodating and so kind and helpful.
The property was perfectly clean and quite and was in a wonderful location - close to everything but not in a touristy area.

The location was superb, it could not be better. Even though it is in the heart of the city centre next to El Cortes Inglés (big mall) it is very soundproofed.
The staff is marvellous, there is attention to details since the moment you step into it. They place welcome, birthday (without us mentioning it was my partner’s birthday), farewell details. Very nice touch, as well every single time you pass by the hall.

Great hotel with superb location. Definitely became my favourite hotel and I will stay again there. My room had a patio with a sunbed!!!! The staff was super friendly speaking many languages and ready to help us 24/7. The breakfast also exceeded my expectations, sth that does not happen often.

The hotel located in the city's center in a very beautiful building. The halls and the room were well-decorated as we arrived on 23 Dec. When we arrived, they changed our room to a bigger one, which was a surprise. There is a public parking next to the hotel with EV chargers.
