The staff is amazing and available 24/7. The breakfast setup is great—it’s a freshly prepared order rather than a buffet. I really appreciate the hotel staff for their constant smiles, and a special shoutout to the young Italian woman who has never been to Rome—haha!

The location was fantastic, and we had everything we needed in a well-designed and equipped space. When the lift stopped working we contacted our host and it was fixed by the end of the day, on a holiday weekend too. Very responsive!

The staff was always present at the front desk and willing to assist with any questions. Location was perfect. Free water and hot chocolate were great perks. Very secure. I also liked the presence of the ironing board and an iron for wrinkled suitcase clothes.

It is 200m 3mins walk from Liceu metro station and once arrived the hostal, it smells nice all the time. The room is good enough for one person, the bed and pillow are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious. Highly recommended.

The room is very small, but cozy and sufficient for a short stay. We had a room towards the street, but there was no noise at all. Perfect location, opposite the metro station, restaurants nearby. Wery friendly and helpfull staff. Possibility to leave suitcases after check out. Delicious brekfast. Possibility to make coffe all the day.
