I am often disappointed by studio apartments but this one really exceeded my expectations. It was a perfect size for 1 person or for a couple. Everything seemed brand new and was very clean. The studio even included robes and slippers which was a nice touch. It's a little out of the centre but 9 min walk to the metro and lots of cafes etc close by.

Location: great. 10 mins to the sea, 30 mins to Sagrada BY FEET.
Views: stunning. Sea, Sagrada, Torre Glories (Torre Agbar). It is even hard to leave the terrace sometimes because of the
views.
Pool: clean, nice, calm, pleasant place to chill. Sometimes even better than the sea, as it is very calm, clean toilets, shower. Very clean territory.
Very clean appartments with stunning views from both terraces.
Air conditioner was working properly.
We really recommend to book the parking if you stay with a car because it is very comfortable to go down with the elevator directly to the parking place.
In our case, the personnel solved the issue with kettle immediately, this makes sence. As when everything is ok , it is ok with every host. The real good host proves professionality when a problem is solved within seconds.
To sum up, we strongly recommend these appartments.

This is an absolutely amazing apartment in a great location with stunning views of the Sea and the City! I have travelled worldwide and my standards are high, the interior is beautifully done and the balcony is one of the biggest I have ever seen! Soo lovely for a couple, family or group of friends! It’s super spacious and clean, the hosts were so helpful and easy to deal with and so prompt in their responses! They even left us some lovely drinks and fruit in the fridge! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! If you are considering booking this place, just do it, you won’t regret it at all! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, I shall be back!

Hotel was much more than I expected from the moment I got in. Looks like a 4-5 stars hotel more than 3. I expected a small unofficial motel (as name might indicate) but got to a 24hrs reception hotel with uniforms and all.
Official staff with well known procedure and no room for surprises.
I had few minor issues that were addressed and fixed at the spot to my satisfaction and without any questions.
View from the room to the park was exceptional, Ciutadella park area, Arc de Triomf avenue and especially the Born neighborhood right across the road made my stay!
In the lobby area there area long desks with wifi and power sockets so it'a perfect for working from, also worked from the roof toop once, until the sea called me...
