lovely new hotel. our room smelled like a new car. the whole hotel has a wonderful aroma that follows you from the ground floor to your room. the shower gel and shampoos smell amazing. very comfortable mattresses and new furniture. the location is amazing and the staff are very friendly. it was a pleasure to visit this hotel and spend a few days there. highly recommend.

Location is excellent at the centre of old town ( Casco Viejo) and near a lot of restaurants and transportation ( Taxi and bus stations are directly in front of the hotel) Staff was very kind and helpful Wi-Fi signal was excellent Cleanliness of the hotel

Old town Bilbao was on our doorstep and yet the apartment was quiet and very comfortable. Accessing the apartment was so easy. The host had thought of so many things, even an umbrella for the wet morning, which was so handy. The wifi was great too. The host was very attentive and followed up promptly.

The location was fantastic, on the river bank in a scenic area. Walkable to the centre but many trams and buses also. Very close to the athmospheric old quarter with it's shops and great bars
