We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Everything was clean and tidy. They serve great breakfast, so I recommend taking it. Don't see any point to go elsewhere to grab the breakfast. The best option to get to the city is the E1 bus, in my opinion, it's closer and drives fast. Just stop at the Atocha - Prado stop.
The neighbourhood is also quiet.
