The rooms are very clean. Towels and linens are changed regularly. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. There's also a washing machine in the room. It's very convenient for those staying for a long time like us. The location is very close to both the metro and bus stops. There are several markets, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The staff is very friendly. They're always smiling and helpful. I highly recommend E-kilibrio.

It was perfect. The one bedroom apartment is very cute, very clean, all renovated and has everything needed: from washing machine to plates to pans to detergent to shampoo. It is in a great neighborhood, with a mall, a big store, small grocery shop just at the corner open late, restaurants, parks and the river! There are buses and the metro is a few minutes away.
We appreciated the communication with the owners, it was very easy to check-in and check-out.
I could live there!

A typically residential neighbourhood, you can feel the atmosphere of daily life for Spaniards and migrants. Several grocery and vegetable shops and quite a few services in the area. Spacious and clean flat not far from the metro stop (7 minutes walk). Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, pleasant living room with dining table. Gas heating, so you have to wait a while for hot water in the shower. Decent WiFi speed. Very nice and communicative landlady, answered questions quickly. First access to the flat by telephone contact with the landlady (remote door opener), afterwards we used the keys left in the flat. I would definitely recommend this place for a couple of days stay in Madrid for several people.
