Great place to stay and a great price, lots of nice budget restaurant near around. Host is extremely friendly and helpful for my journey. Better than most of the 3-4 star hotel in my mind.

We did not need to stay in the ciy center of Madrid, so the location was perfect for us. We were able to park on the street, which was very convenient. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Great place for one night stay! I would recommend if you need something cheap and clean. Also, there is a metro near the appartment.

The apartment was excellent. It had everything and more. It was spotless and the entrance system was excellent. The location was great with the metro very close and shops and restaurants close . It was lovely furnished and alot of thought put into the apartment.

I have traveled for over 40 years staying in basic hotels - this hotel, staff, short walk (four minutes) to the number 1 train - which is the best train for Madrid's sites, was among the best of hundreds, if not thousands, of hotels / motels that I have stayed. The value was excellent, the location was excellent, the room was super clean - I've never seen so many cleaning staff on each floor (I had two rooms - one room for our son and girlfriend on another floor). The hotel staff is super helpful. Also, the area is fun with many shops open late.
