The hotel is extremely cozy with everything you need in a very nice neighborhood. There is a shopping mall nearby that is open late and we were able to do some shopping. The free transfer to and from the airport made it easy for us to get around and we are very grateful for this service of the hotel. It was warm in the room and the hotel, someone had written that it was cold, but apparently he didn't know how to turn on the heating.

Absolutely great, I was scared of having a noisy hostel but it was a complete opposite! It was sooo nice and calm I love the Room arrangements, the shower was awesome that I felt like staying in there for an hour 😀 The curtains per bed was the cap for me, it gave each occupant a privacy even when you have other people in the same room. I loved every bit of my stay there, the staff were very helpful and respectful.

This hotel is set right next to IFEMA, the Parque Juan Carlos I and the Palacio de Congresos. It offers free Wi-Fi. The Novotel Campo de Naciones has an outdoor swimming pool, terrace and gym.

The staff were great - helpful, friendly, professional. I chose the hotel for the location and the complimentary airport shuttle. It is a block away from the Metro green line that goes straight into the most popular areas. Super easy! The desk clerk gave us a good tip on the Metro card that saved us $. The breakfast had a lot on offer, all very fresh and attractively laid out, I was impressed! The room was spotless and comfortable. I booked it again for our return trip.
