The location is excellent, the apartment is clean and cozy, check-in is easy (before check-in they send you codes that function as "electronic keys" to the apartment), and there is also the option of direct communication with Raquel via WhatsApp if something goes wrong (I needed to cut my trip short by a day and she was definitely there to help!). There is excellent noise insulation between the apartment and the street, which from what I've read is not something that is taken for granted in Madrid. Overall- great, I would be happy to come back next time I visit Madrid!

I liked everything, the apartment is beautiful. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the apartment is clean, and the bathroom is big. I recommend it for those who want to explore Madrid's city center.

Location was excellent (walking distance to the Royal Palace, main attractions in city center) in a quiet, cosy area. Lots of nice restaurants. House was very nicely decorated and useful. The furniture was very new. Kitchen was more than enough. Transportation was also easy with a very nearby bust stop. The owner was very helpful and easy to reach.
